Diagnosis:    Polyarticular Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Juvenile Spondyloarthropathy,  Sinus Node Tachycardia, Asthma, Severe GERD [In the midst of testing an additional heart problem]

Limitations:  Due to the stiffness of her joints a lot of movement is hard for her..particularly in her hands and legs.

Skill Level:  She is at a normal skill level but is very mature for her age. A very caring and sweet young woman.
