Diagnosis:  Non Hodgkins T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma   Stage III   

Limitations:  None really                                       

  Skill Level:  Functions on about 3rd-4th grade level

Child’s interests:  He loves playing his Fender guitar, listening to music, reading, riding his bike, building things and drawing, 

A few of Child’s favorite things:  He loves his guitar, Aerosmith, the Beatles, his bike and drawing.

Siblings names and ages:  He has one sister, Kara, age 6 (3-23-98)

Siblings Interests:  Kara is a girly girl.  She loves playing dress up, barbies and doing craft projects.  She loves her brother and wishes he would get well soon.
